BITUMEN

AIR Blowing Bitumen:

The Air Blowing Bitumen is produced by process of Vacuum Bottom (VB) and air in thereactor. and due to the
control of the process conditions, different grades are produced. 40/50” due to its medium air blowing and
penetration, is used in tropical areas. 60/70” due to its medium air blowing and penetration, is used in mild areas.
80/100” due to its relatively low air blowing and penetration, is used in cold areas.

Package:

Drum: 180 and 150 KG inside containers Jumbo Bag: Jumbo bags are
palletized and would be placed inside the metal boxes which protect the
bags against any damages.Bulk: up to 10,0000 MT on bulk vessel

Oxidized Bitumen

Oxidized Bitumen or Blown bitumen grades are produced by passing air through the penetration grades. This process
gives the bitumen rubberier properties than its original formula and they are simply harder bitumen.

Package:

Palatized Carton Box
Craft Bags

Cutback Bitumen

Cutback Bitumen is by adding controlled amounts of petroleum solvent such as Kerosene Gasoil and Gasoline. Base on reduce of bitumen viscosity for spraying in ambient temperature Pavement Construction, Maintenance, Prime and Tack Coating.
Base on the time of curing after spraying, Cutback bitumen classification as Rapid Curing (RC), Medium Curing (MC) and Slow Curing (SC)

Polymer Modified Bitumen

PMB consists of bitumen blended with a synthetic polymer or crumb rubber. PMBs are used to enhance the performance of binders on heavily trafficked or distressed pavement surfaces, often in adverse climatic conditions.

Viscosity Bitumen

VG Viscosity grades Bitumen are categorized according to Viscosity (degree of fluidity) grading. The higher the grade, stiffer Bitumen.

Drum: 180 and 150 KG inside containers Jumbo Bag: Jumbo bags are palletized and
would be placed inside the metal boxes which protect the bags against any damages.
